What kinds of yoga do you teach?
Since we are a school with several styles, we begin with hatha yoga as the basic yoga teaching, and during the course we go into Viñasa, Sivananda and some restorative techniques in yin yoga.
What subjects will we study during the training?
We teach yoga asanas, philosophy, anatomy, meditation, the art of teaching and methodology. Each lesson lasts about an hour or an hour and a half.
Are there any requirements for physical training of participants in the teaching course?
